Hello and welcome,

My name is Catalina Pearce and I am a qualified well-being and mental health coach.

My journey into mental health began when I completed my Msc in Psychology in 2014. I then furthered my expertise and hands-on experience by becoming a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within the NHS.

In this fast-paced environment I have delivered one-to-one treatments, group therapy, industry talks in both corporate and academic settings, and specialist consultations to developing well-being businesses.

Using my in-depth knowledge of techniques based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy,  mindfulness and habit-forming,  I have developed an effective and compassionate programme to help you reach your goals.

It is my belief that empowerment is the greatest key to effective treatment. Therefore I ensure that my practice is client-centered and aimed at helping you become an expert on yourself.
